A little about our syrup

Did you know it takes approximately 50 gallons of sap to make 1 gallon of pure maple syrup?! Sap is collected from trees & flows through tubing to a holding tank. It is gathered & brought to the sugarhouse to boil down. Once inside the sugarhouse it enters the evaporator and boiled to the delicious golden sweetener we know as Maple Syrup. It is then bottled & ready to serve on your table!


Maple syrup is nature’s perfect alternative to high fructose corn syrup. It contains vitamins, minerals, and necessary amino acids. Try it on anything you like! Drizzle on granola, cereal, grapefruit, yogurt, or ice cream. Use as a glaze on meat. Sweeten your coffee, milk or milkshakes. Pour on pancakes, waffles, or French toast! No end to the options!
